Challenger Hellcat Radio loses all sound after UConnect 18.45.01 Update? Coincidence? What next?

I wanted to update the Nav maps on my 2015 Challenger Hellcat to the latest version, but first I had to update the UConnect software to 18.45.01. The install seemed totally successful and everything seemed to work. A few days later, I took the car for a ride and noticed that there was no sound from the radio, Nav system, Bluetooth connected phone, etc. My car is totally stock, no mods. After doing some checking, I found that the fuse for the Amplifier was blown. After replacing the fuse, it blew again. Was this related to the UConnect software update or just a coincidence? What are the next steps in diagnosing this problem? I welcome suggestions!
