In this video, I will make another great easy keto recipe - Keto Meatloaf
This keto meatloaf recipe has been in the family for over 50 years.

It was not hard to change a couple of things to make it keto and still have the old tradition that is being carried on.

It is very moist and flavorful, and the leftover keto meatloaf is wonderful on sandwiches the next day.

The ketchup that is being used is our keto ketchup, feel free to make ours or if you have sugar-free ketchup that can be used as well.
