Fresh Brussels Sprouts are one of our Favorite Vegetables! They are not mushy when cooked in the Oven and have a slight Nutty Flavor. We like to Season them up and Roast but this time we Marinated and then Smothered them in Cheddar Cheese, So Delicious! When Brussels Sprouts are in Season, Definitely Roast them in the Oven, Don't Boil them! F
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 25 - 30 Minutes
Cheesy Roasted Brussel Sprouts Ingredients:
1 Pound Fresh Brussel Sprouts (if you use Frozen, remember they will be mushy)
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
