Steven Seagal visits destroyed detention center in Yelenovka, says looks like it was hit by a rocket or missile

The detention center was attacked on the night of July 29, 2022. More than 50 Ukrainian prisoners of war, many from the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, were killed.
