COPWATCH 4 SUVs 1 Truck, 7 Officers "Belligerent Party At Clerks Office" Interview At The End

This was a call from dispatch to the City Hall clerk's office for a belligerent party. When I came up to Front Street officer troncoso came up the street at a high rate of speed with his lights and Sirens blaring. I would say that it was erratic driving. There was already officers on scene. I went running up to City Hall, when I got there all of the police officers were inside City Hall. The reaction from the public was curiosity and a little bit of fear of what could be going on. You can hear me telling them people what the call was for that have asked me what is going on.
