August 10th oracle card: meditate
Meditation is an excellent way to cope with stress. Allow yourself a few minutes to sit in solitude and focus on the present moment. Pay attention to your breathing and try to clear your mind of any chatter or worry. Take a deep breath and feel the air filling your lungs. Imagine all of your worries leaving your mind and body as you exhale. Caught in traffic and losing your mind? Focus on your breathing. Engaged in an argument and on the verge of saying something you know you’ll regret? Focus on your breathing.
