It was a dream come true to help my father pick a jury. It was a tough, week long, trial involving an 18 wheeler collision and the clients deserve every penny of this verdict. The driver of the 18 wheeler had 65 safety violations on his driving record yet the mega-corporation that employed him still allowed him to drive.

It was amazing learning experience to watch my father (Steve Kherkher) hold mega-corporations accountable for their greed. The streets are safer for all of us today because of him.

The defense never offered one dollar to settle.

This is the breakdown for the young lady:
$2,500,000 for past physical pain;
$4,700,000 for future physical pain;
$1,700,000 for mental anguish in the past;
$3,100,000 for mental anguish in the future.

The breakdown for the young man is as follows:
$150,00 for physical pain in the past;
$300,000 for mental anguish in the past.
