Ukraine Ignores "Peace" Talks As It Shells a Hospital & 20 Homes

Ukraine Forces continue to shell civilian areas daily. They demonstrate that they do not intend to comply with any agreements of the latest "peace talks."
Over the past 24 hours, about 20 homes and a hospital were damaged by Ukrainian shelling. A doctor at the hospital which was damaged in Staromikhailovka told me that the shelling has even intensified since Steinmeier’s formula peace agreement was signed. Local residents in the Donetsk People's Republic DPR do not believe that Ukraine will allow peace in the Donbass. They look at these new "peace talks" as political games of Ukraine and nothing more. Also, local residents told me that they did not want and would never return back to Ukraine.
