Trucker tales and a little ford talk

Got my new bumper and rubber bumper cover. Soon, I will attempt to repair the bent bumper and repaint some bad areas. My breathing. I have had problems with my lungs since I was a young man. I almost didnt make it through boot camp because I just couldnt get enough air. Its to the point now where the slightest bit of exertion, like rolling over in bed or getting up from a chair makes my heart pound and I struggle for air. I have got to find some relief and Im not even against being on oxygen. This is no way to live.
