New ALEC Model Policies from the Criminal & Civil Justice Task Forces

Nino Marchese, ALEC Director of the Criminal and Civil Justice Task Forces, shares newest model policies coming out of the 49th Annual ALEC Meeting. One new policy strengthens parental rights in criminal cases, the other provides more transparency and accountability with regard to state licensing boards.
