Barbell Pause Squat

Hack Squat

Set 4: 360x10

Single Leg Reverse Hack Squat
Set 1: 270x10

Set 3: 270x10

Prone Leg Curl
Set 1: 110x15
Set 2: 110x15
Set 3: 110x15

Stability Ball Crunch
Set 1: 20
Set 2: 20
Set 3: 20
Set 4: 20
