OOB 10/22 explained as best I can figure out

Might not have had a very eloquent explanation here but I hope I get the thinking I have across - if there are ideas out there I am all ears!

TLDR: Bolt is longer with a shoe at the rear to prevent the hammer from falling on a open bolt and striking the firing pin
