Record rain in S. Korea triggers fatal floods in Seoul

At least eight people have died in and around the South Korean capital of Seoul after torrential rain knocked out power, caused landslides and left road and subways submerged. South Korea's President has linked the floods to climate change. Rachel Judah has more.
