I hear a lot abut how Keto is expensive. I feel like many things it can be but it does not have to be.

Some thoughts on keeping Keto affordable…

Focus first on the elimination of waste
Consider who chickens
Use lower quality meats (lean) and add healthy fats
Buy bulk when you can
A vacuums sealer is your friend
Don’t confuse long term stock items with short term expenses
Use frozen vegetables
Find local eggs
Think about total cost, not just the cost of food
Be honest about what you were spending before Keto
