US President Biden delivers a speech at the UN General Assembly

U.S. President Joe Biden made his first appearance as president on Tuesday morning at the United Nations General Assembly and delivered a speech on the coronavirus, climate change, commitments to allies and condemnation of human rights in Xinjiang and other places.
