Securing our mulching materials for this years garden from our own property.

The best mulching material is the one you have! Everyone since the dawn of Eden is after landscapers and arborists wood chips, good luck finding some for free! you might luck out with a good ol' farmer who will give you some spoiled hay, but if you don't have a truck like in our case that also won't work! what we do have is giant trees that shed leaves, and lots of lawn, so our plan is to secure our leaves and then add them to the lawn when we mow in the spring to create a mixed mulch of grass clippings and shredded leaves. Free and already on the property!
