How to make Vegan Garlic Scape Pesto without pine nuts. | Cheaper Substitute with amazing results.

Wondering what to do with all those garlic scapes?? make pesto of course! there are a lot of garlic scape pesto recipes out there, but none better than this one I can safely say. This one uses no expensive pine nuts, and instead uses pan roasted cashews (if cashews are still too rich for your blood, you could use sunflower seeds). It's a simple recipe that makes an amazingly tasty and filling meal with some simple cooked pasta.
