Solo Female Van Life : 2.5 years of living in a van in a simple dodge campervan.

Vi has lived in her van for two and. half years with her dog Marko. Originally she was interested in tiny houses but when she immigrated to Canada her interest in travel was the deciding factor in the more mobile van life experience. She has spent most of her van dwelling in Vancouver BC which has milder winters allowing her to keep her van build simple. with only 50 watts of solar and 110 amp hours of lead acid battery she is able to charge her electronics and power some lights in her van. for heat she uses a wave 3 propane heater instead of the built in propane furnce, because the furnace uses a fan that her battery bank is not capable of running for long periods of time. she has a fridge and stove that both run off of propane and these work well for her needs.
