Harvey is mad at Toby because Toby gets to move and Harvey has to stay. Harvey gets so mad for some reason that he ends up using his laser eyes. Don't ask me why Harvey has laser eyes and makes a mountain fall down. Then a whole bunch of crazy stuff appears, like it says in the title.
