From PC to TV! The AVerMedia AVerKey iMicro

In this video, I evaluate an AVerMedia AVerKey iMicro Scan Converter. This is a Standard Definition Scan Conversion unit that outputs a composite video signal that can be plugged into a television or DVR/DVD-R. This device was released in 2004 and allowed output of a computer VGA signal on a standard definition monitor using composite output, S-Video output or SCART RGB output. In this video I use the composite video output plugged into a DVR to compare the output of the iMicro with screen capture from my laptop. And the screen capture had it's own issues with dropped frames.
