The Most Proper Mojito | Master Your Glass

Master Mixologist and founder of Master Your Glass Livio Lauro is joined by "Mr. Mojito" David Nepove who cranks out a Mojito the way he knows how. The right way.

MOJITO:
- ¾ oz (25ml) Fresh-pressed lime juice
- ¾ oz (25ml) Simple Syrup (1:1 Ratio)
- 15 Mint leaves
- 1 ½ oz (45ml) Silver (Light) Rum
- Top with Club Soda

Method: In a highball glass pour the lime juice and simple syrup.
Gently muddle the mint to infuse flavors into the liquid.
Fill glass with ice. Stir with a bar spoon and bring up the mint leaves
Garnish with a “spanked mint top” and an optional lime wheel.
