In this video I speak about our shadow sides and it’s archetypes. To heal the body and heal patterns, behavior, and reactions one must work with their shadow side so that they are able to come into their full potential and purpose for this lifetime. Also and very importantly to heal the body one must work with their shadow side, to heal those wounds, the things that we bury, such as trauma, experiences that were negative big and small, illusions that we bought into about ourselves. We must healed us, we must look at it and know that it is there, therefore bringing it to the light and bringing it to transformation.
