Update 11/2020: We have received MORE reports from their customers that they are still shipping broken machines and technical support is not helping customers. We cannot and will not recommend TwoTrees any further. It looks like they wanted to just make us happy and then went back to selling the same broken machines they have been.

If you have a Two Trees machine and need support. Mr. Ouyang has told me that service@twotrees3dprinter.com is their official support email and anyone with an issue should contact them directly there.
