Second try for making a video with OBS Studio

OK so other than recording in mkv format this thing seems to have gone well. The video is incredibly grainy but the file size was relatively low. I think that OBS will be one step up from what Cheese was offering, and although with a slightly bigger learning curve I think I can get more functionality with this OBS-studio software
