In this video i make spinach that taste as cooked, but they are marinating in a low fat and low calories easy dressing. It i so light and healthy, super economical and perfect for a weight loss diet too.

How to 'cook' the healthiest spinach in minutes. Retain all the minerals and vitamins and save on fuel too. Very Quick and easy. Super cheap ingredients.

Ingredients and Method:

1 bag of washed spinach
1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil

Start breaking down the leave with your hands, then add all the above ingredients and massage all really well for 1 minute or 2 or until the volumes has notably reduced.
The acidity of the lemon, the abrasive action of the salt and the denseness of the oil break down all the fibres and draw all the water out.
With a pair of scissors, chop the bigger stems further.
Add more condiments if you like
It tastes just like as if it was cooked in pan or steamed
Try it for yourself, you will be amazed how tasty and good for you this is.
