Four Cheeses Stuffed Mash Potato Pie. Easy, quick, yummy feeds all family with few cheap ingredients

This four cheese mash potato pie is the perfect baked potato in oven.

1.5 kg (3 pounds) of potatoes chopped in chunks
Boil on medium heat for about 40 minutes or until tender
Drain and mash
Add a splash of milk enough to make a smooth consistency
200 g of unsalted butter,
4 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper - or as per your taste
Then chop:
100 g of cheddar or the hard cheese,
50 g of parmesan
50 g of pecorino
1 medium mozzarella cheese
Mix all together

Pour it in an oven dish
Sprinkle top with some extra cheddar and little chunks of butter

Bake in pre-heated oven @ 190 C (375 F) for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
