Weight Loss Full English Breakfast Yummy but Healthy & Lean. My husband is fooled by the fake meat!

In this video I make a very easy and very light vegetarian version of the famous full English Breakfast. I converted this for myself to lose weight but my husband tried and it prefers to the regular version.
I use small amount of fat - coconut oil is the best, so it's very low in calories and i don't fry, but gently steam

ingredients:
4 big sliced mushrooms
2 big chopped tomatoes
1 veggie sausage
few slices of veggie ham/ salami type

method:
in the same frying pan add 1 teaspoon of oil and gently cook the mushrooms first for up to 5 minutes
remove the mushrooms and cook the tomatoes gently up to 5 minutes
add some water to steam cook the veggie meats for up to 5 minutes,
then when water evaporate fry them with a bit of butter.

Optional fry bread: wipe clean the frying pan, add butter and slightly fry the bread slices

In a another clean frying pan add butter and fry egg for up to 2 minutes on medium high.
