Wood Dinosaur Tray Puzzle, Handmade and Finished with Amber Shellac and Baby Blue Acrylic Paint

I made this dinosaur tray puzzle for my grandson when he was younger. He loved it but quickly outgrew it.

I made this toy puzzle using traditional woodworking tools in my toymaker's shop and finished it with amber shellac and green acrylic paint. The dinosaur is freestanding and can be used without the tray.

Each puzzle is carefully assembled and tested. My puzzles are of the highest quality I can make. Sometimes, I reject as many as 20% at some point in the build process for defects. Quality assurance happens at all build stages, so very few completed puzzles have issues. The few completed puzzles that have a problem are fixed or rejected. All of the materials used in making my puzzles are nontoxic.
