Kentucky farmhouse rehab project update. New Windows LOOKING GOOD!

11-19-19. Here is an update on our Kentucky farmhouse rehab project showing 3 of the new windows installed, a look back at how the room looked when we started, the ceiling dropping disaster, the Branson tractor helping out and more. This is a part of real estate investing and property management; deciding WHAT to do on an older home rehab project, and HOW MUCH to spend on it. Also, it was nice to have a locking rear differential on the Ford F250 Super Duty while backing in the trailer on the slick winter clay.
