03 Love, self-love and love of enemies

The subject of love is probably one of the most difficult subjects of all. Loving oneself is already a challenge, but loving one's enemy seems almost impossible. There is a big misunderstanding here: loving one's enemy does not mean that I allow myself to be treated badly and humiliated.

What is very important is that I myself remain at peace and non-violent. Our enemies are our training partners in spiritual growth.
