Mijah Rokee Shrine: A Modest Test of Strength. This shrine is one of the 42 hidden shrines found in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. You discover this shrine by completing the "Under the Red Moon" Quest. When a Red Moon Rises, you stand on the Shrine Platform, remove all weapons and closing during a Red Moon, and the Shrine will appear. Meet up with Kass on Washa's Bluff to begin the quest.
