This week, I have been working extra hard because I am working in my business and getting ready to leave for a few days. My body is just sore all over and I am tired.

I washed and vacuumed the car today and the sweat was pouring off of me. Makeup just melting off my face. I could feel the dehydration setting in. My muscles protested greatly with the new and different movement, outside of my regular workout routine, required to get all of the grime out of the vehicle.

After the acrobatic dance of car cleaning, I wanted a massage and a nap, two favorite self-care activities.

We all know that self-care is important, but it's often one of the first things to get pushed to the side. It can be hard to make time for self-care, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or overworked.

However, it's important to remember that taking care of yourself is essential to maintaining your health and well-being.

One of the best ways to practice self-care is to get a massage. Massages are not only incredibly relaxing, but they also have a number of health benefits. They can help to reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve circulation.

When we're feeling run down, it's easy to let our self-care routine fall by the wayside. This can lead to us feeling even more stressed and overwhelmed. Neglecting your health will only lead to further problems down the line.
