How to Make The BEST TOPPING for Zucchini Bread!

Hey y’all! Gosh what do we do when we have all this extra zucchini we cant eat fresh??? Make Bread and Freeze! Today is all about the very best zucchini bread with a new spin on topping!

Zucchini Bread:
1 cup regular sugar
1cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1-2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

TOPPING:
1/2 cup regular oats
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter

** add topping about 15 minutes into bake

Once golden and done ENJOY!
Also freezes well!
