Mortgage rates slowly recovering, record rent increases and Oil in free-fall

Mortgage rates are recovering nicely from the big sell-off two days ago and we are still in a very nice looking upward trend that gives me more confidence in my prediction for lower mortgage rates over the coming weeks/months. Oil taking a dive will help with inflation pressures but isn't a great sign for the Global economy. Jobs seem to be in a somewhat "flatline" scenario which bodes well for my expectations of a short and somewhat painless recession overall. Links below - hope it helps! :)
