GPX Customer Service?

A short vid about my experience with GPX customer service. One of the only issues with my TSE250r was that the speedometer wasn't working. A call to GPX to see what they can do to sort it out was all I needed. They first sent a magnet, but that didn't work. I then suggested that they send just the pickup but Gary from GPX insisted that he send that, and a whole new instrument cluster. 2 days later I had my parts and problem solved. I have a friend with a new Beta X-Trainer which had the same problem and 6 months later he is still waiting for the dealer to address the problem.
