The male who attacked her is either White or Middle Eastern judging by his light skin tone. He is definitely not Black nor Indian. I don't think he is Asian either since he has a bridge nose. Either way, it's despicable how there are a lot of males in this world, of ANY age, who think committing violence against females is okay.
