U.S. has changed posture on Taiwan, says Tiananmen activist

U.S. House of Representative Speaker Nancy Pelosi's Taiwan visit this week sent a signal to Taiwanese people of a stronger U.S. commitment towards defending the island against attack, according to a prominent Taiwan-based democracy activist on Thursday.
