U.N. chief launches fact-finding probe into Ukraine attack

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Wednesday (August 3) he will launch a fact-finding mission into an attack in the front-line Ukrainian town of Olenivka that killed prisoners held by Moscow-backed separatists.
