Can you believe a scenario where you have been parking on your own driveway for more than 30 years when all of a sudden you get a $1,500 dollar fine for doing exactly that? What about historical precedent? What happens when you show the city a historical picture from 1938 and they decide even that's not enough? Crazy story.
