Hypnagogic Dronescapes #5 - Consciousness Training for Lucid Dreaming, Astral Projection, Meditation, Relaxation. The purpose of this video/audio is to help maintain the liminal state prior to falling asleep. Thus giving the listener a greater chance of success in achieving lucid dreaming, astral projection, out of body experiences, and other forms of mind/body consciousness.

Altrusian Grace Media Tip: Watch the video along with the audio to help your mind become accustomed to the liminal tones and enter into a more relaxed state. Then, as you lay down before sleep, use just the audio to keep your mind "aware" and in the transitional phase. More practice will help you achieve this for longer amounts of time.

Hypnagogia, also referred to as "hypnagogic hallucinations", is the experience of the transitional state from wakefulness to sleep: the hypnagogic state of consciousness, during the onset of sleep. (For the transitional state from sleep to wakefulness see hypnopompic.) Mental phenomena that may occur during this "threshold consciousness" phase include lucid thought, lucid dreaming, hallucinations and, sleep paralysis. However, sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming are separate sleep conditions that are sometimes experienced during the hypnagogic state.
