Letting It Ride Into Knowing You Better

The songs really are mixed up today with the Guess Who doing a BTO song but with Randy Bachmann, who used to be with the Guess Who, singing again with Burton Cummings and then John Oates singing lead instead of Daryl Hall on one of their hits from the past. And that's how the Segue City Special got dressed up for presentation today... Mixed up is okay... it works.

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
