Compassion Is the Female Way of the World. God's Way Is Dispassion (Church SHORT CUT 12/15/19)

Short Cut from Church, Dec 15, 2019, after a discussion on the Biblical Question of the week: Which is the right way to deal with all people: with compassion or dispassion? Jesse Lee Peterson gives his take at the end: People lie when they say they are sorry for someone's loss after a death. Jesus was dispassionate, not compassionate. Christians misinterpret Christianity through intellectual knowledge and believing what they think and feel. But be aware. Don't listen to Oprah and try to find your passion.

You should not seek to be compassionate or dispassionate, but it will happen by itself that you’ll become dispassionate. But if you try to be dispassionate, then you’ll grow cold. God changes you; you cannot change yourself. You cannot make yourself be born again or enter into the kingdom of heaven within you. It's up to God. You cannot find the answers on Google, in the dictionary, from the preachers or experts or by quoting the Bible.

And you cannot go "both ways." You can't be compassionate sometimes and dispassionate at others, serving both Satan and God. And it's a lie from the Devil that you can be born of God and still sin.
