Trump Signs $738 Billion Defense Budget

President Trump has signed Congress's National Defense Authorization Act for 2020. The budget is up $21 Billion over last year and is essentially a laundry list of military industrial complex handouts. Oh, and now you can't buy cigarettes if you're under 21.
