IMPOSSIBLE 15LB / 6.8 KG Texas Steak Challenge (Prime Rib) BIGGEST FOOD CHALLENGE EVER, Man vs. Food

Legendary steak challenges like the Big Texan originated in Texas. But it also hosts the largest steak challenge in the world, a 190-ounce steak with a 15-pound plus food challenge (6.8kg). We are currently tackling this enormous prime rib challenge at the renowned Billy Bobs in the Fort Worth stock yards (Dallas region), Texas. With sides of coleslaw, green beans, potato salad, and cracklins, we have a huge smoked prime rib (fried pig skins). In order to receive the supper for free, we had 90 minutes to complete the challenge; else, the bill would have been over $400!
