Wrap With Me//Holiday Prep Motivation//Bake With Me

Come on along as I bring you a little last minute holiday motivation. I'm rapidly baking and wrapping gifts tonight!

RECIPES:

Molasses GingerBread Cookies (Soft Bake)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Sticks salted butter
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Molasses
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp allspice
Granulated sugar for coating

1. Beat Brown Sugar and butter until creamy. Add in egg and molasses and beat until fluffy.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients except white sugar in a separate bowl. Add to butter mixture until just blended together.
3. Put dough into fridge for 2 hours
4. Scoop TBSP sized dough balls and roll them in sugar. Place on a parchment paper prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins. Cook on wire racks and enjoy.
