Our podcast wants to give you an insight into the traditions of cooking and baking. We aim to bring the homemade food back into being a CORE VALUE OF EVERY HOUSEHOLD.
Today's guest is Edu and he comes from Spain, his story is recent but very old at the same time, he loves to respect traditional Galician baking, where people use to use high hydration to be able to compensate for the lack of wheat and money to support the families.
