Hat Guys! In this video, I share with you 5 easy high protein fruit smoothie recipes and each uses just 5 ingredients or less! Protein Smoothies are my GO-TO for eating healthy and losing weight, and I enjoy each of these ALL the time!

.....INGREDIENTS.....
Smoothie no. 1: pb&j

1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbps peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie no. 2 : Fit + Slim

1 cup milk of choice
1 cup blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie no. 3 : Chocolate + Coffee

1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1 tbps freeze-dried coffee (or replace 1/4 cup milk with 1/4 cup strong chilled coffee)
1/2 tbps dark cocoa powder

Smoothie no. 4 : Green Machine

1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1 cup baby spinach, packed
1 tbps peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Smoothie no. 5 : Vanila Cupcake

1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 scoope vanilla protein powder
