Located just south east of Custer, South Dakota the Hazelrodt Drive is a nice set of trail-like Forest Service roads. Historic buildings populate the area. Watch for Glen Erin School, Meeker Ranch and the old Custer jail. Numerous historic mines are found here also.

The trail borders the west side of Custer State Park, which is also a nice place to visit.
