Mom's Declining Health & Move To Hospice Care Facility

12/28/19 - December 2019 Update on Mom's deteriorating health and strength, as well as noticing she is having falls almost daily now due to her not understanding that her legs are too weak to hold her up while her mind thinks she can, and her recent admittance into the Hospice inpatient care unit over in Cheektowaga, NY. She was classified as having acute delirium and has not been managing well with her recent pain meds. Here is all the info so far as we know it. I will keep you all updated as we learn more going forward.
