2020 presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) spoke to voters at a town hall in Hudson, NH. She spoke about the importance of bipartisanship, improving the U.S. health care system, and bringing the troops home so that military dollars can be used to rebuild the country. While taking questions from the audience, she was asked about her “present” votes on the articles of impeachment against President Trump, for which she said the reason she voted “present,” was because she felt the system was flawed, and therefore could not vote “yes or no.”
